Website and ticket purchase terms

Tickets for Mango Events are currently booked through Eventbrite using the links on this website. For purchase or event enquiries, contact info@mangoevents.com.au or call 0414 352 557.

Before you buy

Check the event date, venue, ticket type, entry conditions and any age or identification requirements shown for your event. Requirements differ between events. Provide accurate booking information and an email address you can access.

Prices and payment

Ticket prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Eventbrite displays the current ticket types, prices, fees and final total. Review your selected tickets and total before completing payment on Eventbrite. This website’s cart is not currently used for ticket purchases.

Booking confirmation and entry

Keep your Eventbrite booking confirmation and follow the ticket and entry instructions supplied for your event. Check the event details and ticket quantity. Contact us if your booking email address needs correcting or you need help finding your confirmation.

Event changes and refunds

Our Refunds and event changes policy explains how to request help. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws continue to apply. These terms do not remove rights that the law protects.

Questions about your booking

Email us with your order reference, event name and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment card details. If you need to change who will attend, contact us to check the options and conditions for your particular ticket.
